Because the buyer is responsible for knowing what they are purchasing, items cannot be returned or refunded once it is shipped.

All of our items are handmade and made to order, and because of this we do not accept returns under any circumstances, and we do not do refunds.

If an item is damaged or lost in the mail, contact us and we will do our best to help.

Items are made to order and will be shipped via USPS mail in a protective envelope. For any problems please contact them and provide them with your tracking number. Once the package is in their hands they are unfortunately in control. If your order gets lost/stuck/misplaced by the postal service, we ask that you give it 1 month to arrive before we declare it lost and resend your item. If an item is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please contact us.

***NOTE*** Make sure that the address you provide when placing your order is 100% correct because once the order is placed, we are NOT able to change the address! It is the buyer's responsibility to provide the correct address and check for errors before the order is confirmed.

1. When will my order be shipped?
Processing time: 1-2 weeks
If it hasn't been 2 weeks yet and your order hasn't been shipped, DON'T WORRY, it will be shipped out by the 8th day. We are a growing shop and have a constant workload, which is why our processing time is set to 1-2 weeks.

2. Can I request a custom order?
We currently are not taking custom orders/requests at this time due to our current workload, but we will announce when we are again on our facebook page and instagram.

3. Can I change my address after I place my order:
No, we are NOT able to change the address once the order is placed, so please make sure that the address you provide is 100% correct! It is the buyer's responsibility to provide the correct address and check for errors before the order is confirmed.

4. Can I combine my order that I made today with the order I made a few days ago and save on shipping?
No, we do not combine orders that aren't made on the same day because of our process/system.

5. Can I cancel my order I made the other day so I can place the same order today but have todays coupon applied?
No - orders cannot be cancelled because of a coupon code that was activated the next day or a few days later. Orders in general cannot be canceled or refunded after 24 hours of purchase or if we've already started on your order (in cases where we get started on them within 24 hours of purchase.)
